Harvestt is the company building the trust layer between energy, compute, and capital. We develop the verification infrastructure and financial products that allow institutions to hold Bitcoin with the transparency, governance, and environmental accountability their mandates require. Our work sits at the convergence of three markets that were, until recently, separate: the energy that powers mining, the compute that secures the network, and the capital that is now entering the asset class at institutional scale.
Harvestt operates as the parent company behind a focused set of institutional products.
The Sustainable Bitcoin Protocol (SBP) is our energy verification and attestation layer. It is independently audited infrastructure that establishes which Bitcoin is mined with clean energy, and makes that provenance verifiable on-chain.
The Clean Energy Bitcoin ETF is our institutional product layer: an exchange traded fund in development with a leading asset manager and institution-grade custody, designed for pension funds, endowments, and SFDR-aligned capital.
Together they form a single thesis: provenance you can verify, in a product you can hold.
Harvestt is registered with the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) and operates within the Hub71 and Mubadala ecosystem in Abu Dhabi. We work across five continents, and our verified mining partners, including CleanSpark, Bitfarms, Bitdeer, and Zero Two, represent approximately 24% of global Bitcoin hashrate. We work exclusively with institutional counterparties: asset managers, sovereign wealth funds, mining operators, and regulated financial entities.
Institutions want Bitcoin exposure. What they cannot easily carry is undifferentiated exposure: Bitcoin with no provenance, no environmental accounting, and no answer to the governance questions their stakeholders ask. Harvestt resolves that gap. We give institutions a way to hold Bitcoin that is verifiable at the level of the energy that produced it, turning a governance liability into a defensible position.
Harvestt is led by a team drawn from institutional markets, energy, climate strategy, and protocol engineering, supported by advisors across regulation, sovereign finance, and digital assets. Meet our leadership.
